Our story
Born backstage at property management companies.
HostOffice was founded by short-term rental professionals worn down by the same paradox: a profession of hospitality, practised at the expense of the sleep of those who carry it.
We watched brilliant founders answer the phone on their holidays, housekeepers cross the city to check under a bed, five-star reviews lost to a call missed at 11:40 p.m. So we built the solution we would have wanted to buy: a true grand-hotel reception, outsourced, available 24/7 — one that watches over the quality of the cleaning too.
